How to get a receipt

Learn where to find a receipt for Elastic Email services

Every Elastic Email account stores the history of payments. Our customers have full access to their payment history and the ability to download receipts to their devices.

To go directly to the page where you can download your receipt, click your avatar located in the bottom-left corner of your account’s main page and select "Account" from the dropdown menu.

You’ll be redirected to the Account Settings page. In the Billing tab, you'll find a link titled "Payment history".

Clicking this option will display a list of your payments, where you can check the payment status and use the "Download receipt" button to download the receipt file to your device.

From the dropdown menu, you can select a predefined time range or set a custom one using the "Specific time range" option.

Payment data available on our receipts

  • Payment date

  • Receipt #number

  • Paid by name

  • Customer TAX ID

  • Email

  • Description

  • Address

  • State/Province

  • City

  • Zip/Postal Code

  • Amount

  • VAT/TAX
