Elastic Email Inbox is a unified communication platform designed for small organizations to manage both customer support and internal team communication from a single interface. Its primary purpose is to help teams respond to customer inquiries more quickly and maintain efficient internal coordination.

Primary Purpose

Inbox centralizes all communication channels, eliminating the need to switch between separate tools for customer service and team collaboration. It is designed for customer support teams and internal teams requiring a streamlined workflow for managing conversations.

Core Features and Modules

The Inbox platform is built around three core modules:

1. Help Desk: A centralized space for all external customer messages, including emails and live chat conversations. It facilitates team collaboration on customer replies and conversation management.

2. Live Chat: A customizable chat widget that can be embedded on a website to enable real-time conversations with visitors. All live chat messages are routed directly into the Help Desk.

3. Team Communication Chat: An internal chat system for team members to communicate, coordinate daily work, and discuss customer conversations privately.
