Did you or your customers accidentally unsubscribe from the contact list? No problem! Use the re-subscription method to quickly and easily reactivate recipients who want to receive your emails again!

Please note that contacts are available only on Marketing plans.

Method 1 - Web Form

You can re-subscribe the contact via the Web Form that you can create in our Form Creator (learn more here).

Method 2 - Subscription link

We also recommend trying the re-subscription process using the appropriate link. Please, visit the Settings section of your Elastic Email account and open the Manage Unsubscribe screen.

There, you’ll find a Subscription link that you can copy and send to your contact outside of Elastic Email (via an alternative email address, messaging app, or other convenient way).

Once clicked, the user will be directed to a default subscription form.

With either method, once the contact is added, they will receive an email with an activation link. When the link is clicked, the contact's status will change back to "Active".
