Add an ElasticEmail account to EasySendy Pro Delivery Server

From the EasySendy Pro Dashboard, go to Delivery Servers > Server Settings > Add ElasticEmail Web API.

On the new screen, add the Name of the delivery server.

Add the Elastic Email API key which you’ll find in your account on the Settings > SMTP/API screen. Then, add “Username” and Elastic Email registered email ID, “From Email”, “From Name” and finally, save the settings.

Note: From email should be of format, [any name]@[your verified sending domain name]

Validate Delivery Server in EasySendy Pro account

You need to validate your server, add an email address where you can receive the validation email.  Once you receive the validation email, click on the validation link.  Confirm you have validated and activated the server in EasySendy Pro delivery server dashboard.

Add bounce and complaint files to ElasticEmail

This is a very important step, where you need to add bounce and complaint notification URLs of EasySendy Pro inside your Elastic Email account.

Open your previously configured Elastic Email delivery server in your EasySendy Pro account.

Go to  Edit the server option > click on “Info” tab from the right corner of the screen.

Copy the bounce and complaint URLs, which appears as https://app.easysendy.com/dswh/xxx from the notification panel, which looks like:

Paste the copied notification URL to the Elastic Email Settings page, under Notifications > HTTP Web > Notification URL. And select Complaints and Bounce/Error options.

After this uncheck, “Track Clicks” on the Settings > Sending screen. Next, move to Settings > Unsubscribe and check  “Use List-Unsubscribe”. Make sure you Save these settings on each page.

Congratulations! You now have EasySendy Pro configured with Elastic Email.
