Connecting Your Accounts

To get started, you need to connect your Elastic Email and Canva accounts. This is a one-time process that will keep you logged in for future use.

  1. Log in to your Canva account.

  2. Open a design you wish to export.

  3. In the left-hand side menu, click on Apps and search for "Elastic Email".

  4. Click the Connect button.

  5. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to log in to your Elastic Email account. You can use your email and password or sign in with your Google account.

Once you have successfully logged in, your accounts will be connected.

Exporting Designs from Canva to Elastic Email

After connecting your accounts, you can export your Canva designs directly to your Elastic Email Media Manager.

  1. In your Canva design, choose the Elastic Email app from the left-hand side menu.

  2. Select the file type for your export. You can choose between JPG, PNG, or PDF.

  3. From the Select pages dropdown, choose the page(s) you want to export. Each page will be exported as a separate image file for JPG and PNG formats. If you select "All pages," each page of your Canva design will be sent to your Elastic Email account as an individual image. For PDFs, all pages will be combined into a single PDF file.

  4. Click the Export button.

  5. In Elastic Email, open an email template in the Email Designer and select an image.

  6. Your exported designs will now be available in your Elastic Email Media Manager.

Importing Designs from Elastic Email to Canva

You can also import your existing images from your Elastic Email Media Manager into your Canva designs.

  1. In your Canva design, choose the Elastic Email app from the left-hand side menu.

  2. Select the Import tab.

  3. You will see all the images from your Elastic Email Media Manager. The newest images will be displayed at the top. Simply scroll to load more images.

  4. Select the image you want to use in your Canva design.

This integration is here to help you create emails quickly and easily.
