How to schedule a campaign at local time
Create or edit a Campaign: Navigate to the Campaigns section and click Create New Campaign or edit an existing draft.
βAccess scheduling: Once your content is ready, click Schedule.
βEnable the feature: In the scheduling modal, toggle the option "Send campaign at recipients' local time".
Set the time: Enter your desired send time (e.g., 9:00 AM).
Review and confirm: Verify that the 24-hour buffer is met and click Schedule to confirm.
Account timezone settings
Your account timezone serves as the default reference for scheduling and as a fallback for recipients without detected data.
To edit your account timezone:
Navigate to System Options.
Locate the Account Timezone section.
Select your preferred timezone from the dropdown menu.
Click Confirm to save.
β
Viewing timezone information
For individual contacts: Go to Contacts > All Contacts, click the view icon on a profile, and scroll to the Time Zone Information section.
βFor scheduled campaigns: Open your campaign in the Campaigns section. Under Settings & Tracking, you can verify the scheduling mode and the account timezone used.
Limitations and constraints
Mutual exclusivity: You cannot use Send at Local Time and Send-Time Optimization simultaneously. Enabling one will disable the other.
Campaign Type: This feature is only available for Regular campaigns and cannot be used with A/B test campaigns.
24-hour buffer: Campaigns must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to allow the system to process recipient data.
Fallback logic: If a recipient has no engagement history, they will receive the email based on your Account Timezone.
Timezone Detection: The system relies exclusively on clicks for timezone detection.
